water bblacklisted?

I understand griefers have been using it, but so have NORMAL player's, WATER can be used for MANY thins eg. monster spawner farming. plant farming. obsidian . decoration. home designing . and more, yet you decide to get rid of water all together? can't you bring water back and leave lava? or at the VERY lease make people ask in game or on forums if they can have PERMISION to use the one things that is among the most importent thing to minecraft? owner's kama, silent, reezay please do not do this it is not the ordonary players fault there is griefers but the griefers themselves, please do not punish us for there ms'deeds! they win if you blacklist water, so basicly they have griefed the WHOAL server!
