this is also an unspoken rule.. staff sould be mature and choose other people over themselves. you 'DONT' do that. if anyone does anything to annoy you, you threaten to (a) kik (b) mute (c) try to get banned. if u do get unbanned. u sould be demoted.. hire someone who will acualy uphold the rules, 'and responsibly'

I did not call him stufpid -,-. I called him inmature because he was nuking everyone and it was making the server lag like crap.

At this point I am doubting your place on the server, let alone as part of the staff. Your immaturity and lack of respect is pissing everyone off, and this is definitely not the first instance.
